Phase 02
2. In-Home Assessment
We visit your home, review the existing space, take relevant measurements, and discuss how you use it. This helps identify the work and decisions that need to be considered.
Phase 03
3. Project Planning and Estimate
We define the proposed scope and prepare a no-obligation estimate. The proposal clarifies the work, responsibilities, and project arrangements so you can review them before deciding how to proceed.
Phase 04
4. Material Selection
Compare materials and finishes with assistance suited to your project. Your agreement identifies which materials you supply and which AstraNova provides. Availability and selections are coordinated with the planned work.
Phase 05
5. Remodeling and Project Updates
Remodeling proceeds according to the agreed scope, with personal project-manager guidance and ongoing communication. Questions and proposed changes are discussed as the work develops.
Phase 06
6. Final Walkthrough
At the end of the project, we review the completed work with you and discuss any remaining items identified during the walkthrough. Warranty coverage follows the scope and terms of your agreement.
